The cardiovascular Laser catheter ablation system is a novel, patient orientated developed, experimentally, and clinically tested method. Based on its special claims it is a modern and unique catheter ablation system, a promising alternative to the catheter ablation system on the market.
It is a percutaneous transluminal catheter directed mapping and/or anatomically guided minimally invasive procedure with the unique feature of local electrical potential guided precise anatomical localization, substrate mapping, and selective ablation of pathological substrates in the cardiovascular system.
Substrate mapping – intracardiac local electrical potential recordings via narrow ≤2 mm inter-electrode distances that allow for localization and ablation/coagulation of accessory pathways or arrhythmogenic foci in the heart by producing clear cut homogenous lesions limited to the arrhythmogenic substrates.
Anatomically guided laser application allows for ablation/coagulation of pathogenic substrates such as, (renal) sympathetic denervation, Varicose ablation, etc.
The aim is the permanent cure of the patients from their cardiovascular diseases by using the laser CardioVascLas® with the catheter RytmoLas®
The Laser CardioVascLas® 1064, UDI-DI Code 4260691560009 and accessories (TBD), the irrigation pump IriFlowLas® UDI-DI Code 4260691560085 The cardiovascular catheter RytmoLas® and its variants (a-e):
RytmoLas®(R) Open-irrigated Electrode-Laser Mapping and Ablation (ELMA)-Catheter
NOTE: The RytmoLas® is a versatile catheter with various indications according to the special IFUs. Additional variants of the RytmoLas® are designed for side selective septal puncture or for photon sensing.
Products are designed and are made in Germany, and can be purchased only from the LasCor® GmbH
